OLD COUNTRY HOUSE ON A HUGE PLOT OF LAND

The house is located in a small village 1km from Varna-Shumen highway, 48 km. from Bulgarias Black sea pearl Varna. Varna is the third largest town, covering an area of 205 sq.km. The ancient and the modern intersect in this multicoloured and interesting place: museums, archaeological sites, centuries-old churches, theatres, opera, various traditional and international restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, beaches with golden sands, sea garden with luscious greenery, children playground and facilities for sports and recreation.

Two of the largest and most beloved Black sea resorts Albena and Golden sands are within half-hour drive from Varna. Some 40 kilometres away from the village is the Shumen region, well known for its rich history and great opportunities for leisure and hobby activities. Bulgarias first capital city Pliska and Madara village with the remarkable stone Horse rider, which is on the UNESCO list of Worlds heritage, are only 20 minutes away by car.
