HOUSE IN A CHARMING LITTLE VILLAGE CLOSE TO BURGAS AND THE SEA

The house is situated 800m from the town centre of Aytos. It is very close to the zoo and park �Slaveeva Reka� in which is situated the well known complex �Gengera�. There is a view to the restricted area �Trimata Bratq� and to a beautiful pine forest. The town of Aytos is situated on either bank of the Aytos river, in the Aytos field, in the southern foot of the Eastern Balkan mountain (Aytos mountain). The Byala Reka (White River) Resort Area is 16 km north-west of Aytos and 4 km north of the village of Topolica.

The built area plus the surrounding land is 1000sq.m. The house has a big bedroom (3.5m x 3.5m) and a living room with eastern view. There are two wells in the garden that haven�t been used recently and should be cleaned up. The area is predicted by the municipality to be a villa zone with houses up to 2 floors and a garage floor. Currently, the house is only one floor. If you want to build extra floors you will have to apply for permission which will cost 600 euros. The procedure will take about 3 months.
