The house is situated in a picturesque village only 12km away from the district center of Dobrich. The municipality occupies the easternmost part of the hilly Danubian Plain and Dobrudzha. The Lake of Shabla is one of the biggest habitats of water lily and yellow pond lily in Bulgaria.
