The luxurious building has 4 floors with air-conditioning and ventilation system which are required by the EU. The joinery of the building is aluminum with mirror windows. The summer lounge has 80 seats. It is covered with awning. The area is very nice and cozy for the customers especially during the summertime.

In the basement there is a night club with 75 seats, bar plot and sofas. All walls and the ceiling are made of plaster with different shapes and painted in fresh colors. The bar is a pleasant place where the customers can enjoy and relax in a cozy atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is a special room with games � 20 automatic playing machines which are licensed by the Commission of gambling. The rest of the floor is cafeteria with 70 seats, store room, WC for the customers and employees, and kitchen. It is equipped with bar plot and cooling fans. The flooring is made out of granite-gress, and the ceiling and the walls are of plaster, painted in fresh colours making the place pleasant and comfortable for the customers.

The first floor is converted into a corner with pool tables and entertainment machines. The floor is laminated and the ceiling and wall are made of plaster. A perfect place for teenagers and their friends to spend their time.

The second floor has a non-stop bar with 4 proffessional pool tables and WC. The floor is laminated and the ceiling and the wall are made out of plaster.
