This luxurious complex of holiday apartments located in Golden Sands resort. It is situated 150 m away from the beach and is next to the extant hotel Odesos. The complex consists of 9 floors with total number of apartments 74, part of wich face the sea. It is foreseen that there will be an Internet cafe on the ground floor and a shopping center on the first storey.

The apartments are sold luxuiously completed � with a built in kitchen and an air conditioner. It is foreseen a possibility for their complete furnishing. The lodgings consists of one and two bedrooms and their prices are from 980 to 1350euros per sq.m. The living area of the apartments varies between 57.88sq.m and 105.60sq.m. The prices start from from 94,400 EUR including VAT. Most of the apartments are furnished.

The customers who have bought apartments in this Complex will be provided with a security guard and maintenance of the property as well as with possibility for the apartments to be rented.
