The village Kosharitsa, where the holiday village is situated, is a lovely small village at the foothills of the Balkan Mountain, that has preserved its nature and the atmosphere of a typical Bulgarian village. The hilly relief of the village allows the practice of different kinds of tourism � cognitive, rural, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting, and herb gathering. The means of living of the local population are mainly stockbreeding and tourism, which gives many opportunities for getting to know the way of life and the traditional crafts of the people. The village is located just 3km from the most popular Bulgarian sea resort Sunny Beach and 4km from the beach. The unique combination of mountain and sea, the Mediterranean climate, the proximity of some of the biggest Bulgarian resorts and historical places, establish Kosharitsa as one of the most attractive and fast developing new holiday villages and preferred places for recreation.

On offer for sale are the houses of a new built complex located in one of the most preferred sea resort in Bulgaria. The whole complex has an unique architecture typical for the period of Bulgarian Revival, which reminds of the unique atmosphere of the ancient town of Nessebar.
