The village is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Provadiya Municipality and situated off the main road to Provadiya. Due to the amenities available in the village its close proximity to Provadiya, Varna Airport, the city of Varna, a number of beaches and lakes and a variety of country pursuits. The climate on the territory of the Provadia municipality is temperately continental. The average annual temperature is 11.9degrees. The terrain consists mostly of plains or hills and plateaus, with an altitude up to 220 m above sea level, which in combination with the water resources (the Provadiiska river and its tributaries), the fertile black earth, grey forest soils and carbonate soils and the suitable climate favours the growing of grain and volatile-oil cultures, perennial plants and orchards.
There are a few foreign families living in the village already. It offers medical care, post office, kindergarten and a primary school, a number of food shops as well as regular bus transportation to Varna, Provadiya and the surrounding villages.

On offer is an unfurnished house and a big plot of regulated land. The house needs to be renovated before it can be lived in. It is 90sq.m and has 6 rooms. The plot has a design permit allowing construction on 30% of the land. There are adjoining barns that could be renovated, as well. All buildings are constructed of stone, brick and tile, and water and electricity are available on site. The plot is located at the end of a dead-end tarmac road which runs alongside woodland and is accessible all year round. There is also another single track road at the rear boundary, which could be used as an additional access if required.
