LAND WITH AMAZING PROJECT OF HOLIDAY COMPLEX IN PAMPOROVO JUST 80M FROM THE LIFT STATION

The complex will be built in a picturesque village situated just 5Km from Pamporovo one of the biggest ski resort in Bulgaria. The village is adjacent to Greece (20Km), White Sea (60Km) and the town of Devin (20Km). Here goes the newly international route Bulgaria - Greece. There are wonderful eco paths in the area, excellent conditions for fishing and hunting and photo-hunting. The area is very rich in wild animals. It is possible to organize hunting throughout the year.

The property is 80 meters from the newly bilt lift station, at the heart of the newly built "Sports and Tourism Center Perelik - one of the largest ski resorts in Europe. The built area of the smallest house is 127.50sq.m and the built area of the biggest one is 158.60sq.m. All buildings in the complex are two - storey houses, with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
