beautiful Black
Sea Coast. A

Spain and other
top holiday

POLITICAL
STABILITY
Bulgaria is the
symbol of
stability
throughout the
Balkans. Bulgaria
is a politically
stable “bridgeâ€
between Europe and
the Far East.
Located in
immediate
proximity are
Bosnia, Kosovo,
Macedonia and
Turkey, which
following the
suffered military
and natural
cataclysms, now
represent markets
with great demand
for
infrastructural
equipment and
services,
industrial and
consumer goods.
Bulgaria avoids
conflicts and
extreme political
acts. To a large
extent, this
contributes to the
political
stability on the
Balkans.

JOINING THE EU
Spring of 2005
Bulgaria signed
the European Union
accession
agreement, and 1st
January 2007 it
became a full
member of the EU.
It is a full
member of the
NATO. Today, the
country is a
unique opportunity
for speculative
real estate
investments. The
country’s upcoming
accession to EU,
the “big bang†of
real estate prices
during last two
years, the
sustained growth
rate, as well as
intensive property
construction
represents the
best entry point
for local market.
For a country that
only 15 years ago
was still a
"People's
republic",
Bulgaria has made
remarkable
progress.

An ancient
country, rich in
history and a
circuit of
civilization
exists in the
territory of
Bulgaria.

very low level of
crime rate.

across Europe.
THE BLACK SEA
Bulgarian Black
Sea coast has quietened down a
bit since its
hey-day in the
1970s and 1980s,
when it served as
a playground for
the entire Eastern
bloc, but it still
is a magnet for
hundreds and
thousands of
Bulgarian and
foreign visitors.
The 380 Km of
beaches is amongst
some of Europe’s
cleanest and
safest. Many of
them have been
awarded
prestigious “Blue
Flag†status.
LIVING COST

restaurants with
good quality and
inexpensive food.

Bulgaria has
turned into a
well-known tourist
destination. The
affordable, high
quality sea-side

qualify as the
third most
preferred
destination for
British tourists
following Spain
and France. Sunny
and moderate
climate of the
country makes it
attractive both in
summer and winter
months.
PROPERTY AND LAND
PRICES
Land prices are
flying, with

of the respiratory
tract, cardiac and
vascular diseases,

ROSES: BULGARIA’S
GOLD
Lying midway
between Sofia and
the coast, Valley
of Roses (Rozovata
dolina) is perhaps
the most
over-hyped region
of Bulgaria. The
area produces 70%
of the world’s
attar – or extract
– of roses. The
rose bushes
(covering over
14,000 acres) are
allowed to grow to
head height, and
are harvested
during May between
3am and 8am before
the sun rises and
evaporates up to
half of the oil.

opportunities, you
only have to seize
them.
