This Complex is a 4-star private residential unit located within the wonderful Hotel complex. It is represented by 9 Greek Type Buildings 5 in Group A and 4 in Group B. It’s located in the picturesque Spa town and, when completed, will become the top hotel in this busy tourist town.
The town is situated in south-western Bulgaria, at the bottom of Pirin Mountains, 173 km away from Sofia, and 22 km from Kulata, the cross-border checkpoint with Greece. The town is best known as a leading international spa and natural healing centre because of its climate and the hot mineral springs. Over 200 Mediterranean plant species not found elsewhere in Bulgaria can be seen in a park which is of particular note. On the place of the present town there was an old Thracian settlement that had sprung up near the hot mineral springs. The town history has been also marked by the Romans and the Byzantines.
Today, the city is one of the most significant centers in Europe for treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory track and the lungs. It is also one of the warmest places in Bulgaria and has a year round tourist season.

Apartment owners will have the option of leasing their apartments back into the Hotel. The lease is on offer for a 10-year term, unique in Bulgaria today. Owners will receive a minimum guaranteed net annual rent of 5,100 Euro for a two bedroom apartment and 4,200 Euro for a 1 bedroom apartment.
Incremental rental income will be available for higher occupancy levels and it is anticipated the complex will achieve yields of 7% net following the first year of operation.
