The village is located in North-East Bulgaria (Shumen District). It is part of Varbitsa Municipality. The complex, a wonderful combination of sun, water, mountain and tranquility. The complex is a housing project which will be built in a pretty little village. The village is situated not far away from the second biggest lake in Bulgaria - lake Ticha, at the foot of the eastern Old Mountain and its altitude is 400m. The international road E7, which connects Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, passes through the village. There is from the housing project a wonderful panorama towards the lake and the high peaks of the mountain. Lake Ticha is the second biggest lake in Bulgaria with circumference of 100km. It is situated in the northeastern part of Bulgaria on the slopes of the Preslavsko-Dragoevska mountain - a spur of the eastern part of the Balkan range - the longest mountain range in the country. The main forest area is located to the north of the town of Veliki Preslav. The second largest forest stretches over the southern slopes of the Shumensko plateau. The other areas are dispersed among the cultivated agricultural lands to the west of the Ticha dam lake.
The municipal town of Varbitsa is situated 10km from the lake village. Investigations say that at the place of present-day Varbitsa town was the capital of the Slav tribes Severy in the ancient times, known as Cika town. In present-day Varbitsa ruins of sarai (kind of buildings of Geray's) can still be seen. 3km from the town Varbitsa the mountain resort Varbitsa is situated, famous of its mineral springs (healing waters) and holiday homes.
