The house is situated in a small village in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Balchik Municipality. The region is located in the easternmost part of the hilly Danubian Plan in Dobrudzha. The region is boarded by Varna, Shumen and Silistra. It is 8km away from municipality center - sea town of Balchik and 52km from the Sea capital Varna. Two new golf courses are within 5km, and there are extensive Roman ruins at Cape Kaliakra, as well as an oil and gas field near Shabla.
