The complex will attract a rental income of 7-10% from the value of the apartment.
• The prices include VAT at tax valuation. For clients who want a full VAT they will have to pay the difference.
• Apartments will be fully finished to key. All included except furniture.
• We will offer furniture packs to all our clients and they will be full use packages created up to the Tour operator standards, meaning the apartments can be rented out also if the clients would like that.
• There will be 9 parking spots available free of charge.
• The maintenance charges for studios are EUR350 per year and for 1 bedroom apartments it is EUR 400 per year.
