The mountain resort of Pamporovo lies in the heart of the Rodopes Mountain, 260 km from the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. With 270 sunny days in the year, Pamporovo is known as the sunniest Bulgarian ski-resort .150 days of the year there is a snow cover with an average depth of 140-150 cm and often it is over 2 meters deep.

The “ Mahala" is a villa complex comprising of 11 houses situated in the western part of the ski resort of Pamporovo famous for the virgin nature and the excellent ski conditions. Pamporovo lies at an altitude of 1440 m above sea level.
The "Mahala" villa complex will be your convenient base for skiing in the winter, and for relaxation and mountaineering in the summer; for your rest and seclusion in the soothing embrace of the Rhodope mountains.

All houses are two-stories high and are divided in 4 types depending on the area and the interior disposition of the rooms.
All prerequisites for home comfort and cozy atmosphere are presented in the "Mahala" villa complex.
The architectural style of the villa complex is typical for this region. Natural materials have been chosen both for the exterior and the interior of the houses - stone and wood predominantly.

At the first level of
Houses Type 1, there is a large living-room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining-room and a separate bathroom. From the veranda at this level you can go down to the asphalt road which surrounds the complex.
At the upper level, there are two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From the bedrooms you can go out to a veranda which leads directly to the garden of the complex.
In the basement we have situated the garage, a sauna and a fitness hall.
Houses Type 2 are situated in the inner row of houses. They are two semi-detached two-floor houses, which mirror each other's interior.
At the lower level, there is a large living-room with a fire-place, a fitness hall and a bathroom. The veranda at this level leads to the garden of the complex.
Houses Type 3 has the two largest houses in the complex. They are situated in the inner row of houses. As the others, they are semi-detached and mirror each other's interior.
At the first level, there is a large living-room with a fire-place, a kitchen with a bar connected to the living-room, a separated dining-room with a wine cellar, a fitness hall and a bathroom. The veranda at this level leads to the garden of the complex.
At the upper level, there are three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From the two smaller bedrooms you can go out to a veranda which leads to the asphalt road surrounding the complex from above. The large bedroom has a balcony with a view over the garden. At this level there is also the garage.
