The new built house is situated in North-eastern part of the republic of Bulgaria. It is in the outlying of a village located 3km from the world famous beach resort Albena and only10km from the town Balchik. 30km from the village is Varna International airport. The village is a significant part of the holiday property area Balchik-Albena-Obrochishte-Rogachevo-Kranevo. Situated on the main road Varna-Albena at the skirts of 2 high hills east of Batova river. A daily bus line is available 5 times a day from Dobrich to Varna, with a bus stop at the center of the village. Also available are private shuttle buses every half hour.

The population of the village consists of mainly young people, who are mostly employed in the nearby resorts and tourist establishment.
