The house has superb location calm and green village, and yet only minutes away from Bulgarias Sea capital Varna. It is under the auspices of UNESCO and encompasses a protected area of 842 hectares, and the northern bank of the Kamchia River is the Longoza reserve covering an area of 14 hectares. The seductive and loud city life is as accessible as the opportunities for fishing, hunting, sailing or simply taking a long walk on the open air.
