OLD COUNTRY HOUSE IN A RURAL AREA

The property is located in small calm green village in North-east Bulgaria. About 15km away is the municipality center Silistra, which lies along the right bank of the Danube river and has approximately 40 000 citizens. The region is situated by the border with Romania, with easy road access to Kalarasi (Romania). The Srebarna Lake is located about 15km from Silistra. The famous nature reserve is under the aegis of UNESCO and gives shelter to over 100 species of birds, 40 species of mammals, 20 species of lizards and fish. The lake is of great interest to people of all ages.
