OLD COUNTRY HOUSE IN A BEAUTIFUL VILLAGE WITH AMAZING MOUNTAIN AND FOREST VIEW

Shumen Region is situated in the central part of North-Eastern Bulgaria. It is bound by the regions of Varna, Burgas, Sliven, Targovishte, Razgrad, Silistra and Dobrich. It extends over the Shumen Plateau, parts of the Ludogorie Plateau and the Provadiysko Plateau, parts of the Samuil Heights, the Dragoevska Mountain and the eastern Balkan Mountains. The region is cut by the Goliama Kamchia River, the Ticha River, the Vrana River, the Provadia River, etc. There are mineral springs at the foot of the Balkan Mountain and a spa resort Mineralna voda. A big dam is built on the Ticha River. The Shumen Plateau Nature Park, the reserves of Patleyna Monastery and Konski Kesten (Horse Chestnut), a variety of caves, natural and cultural landmarks are all prerequisites for development of tourism.

This old country house is in a large village near Shumen city. The village itself is located in a beautiful rural area. There is regular bus transport from the near relatively large city which is an added benefit. There is a dam lake, forest reserve zone and hunting area nearby. You can have a great time there - hunting or fishing. The village is 30km away from Shumen so the comfort of the big city will not be far away. In the yard (500sq.m) there is a garden (regulation land) and additional farm buildings so you can have your own vegetable garden. The house is accessible via an asphalt road. It is a safe and clean village that offers magnificent Mountain View. There is a view of the forest from one side of the house.
