FOUR LUXURY NEW BUILT HOUSES FOR SALE CLOSE TO PLOVDIV

This complex is situated in Southern Bulgaria, in the Rodopi municipality. It has a favourable geographic location - it is situated in the Thracian plain, at the foot of the northern slopes of the Rodopi Mountains.
There are many natural landmarks in the region the reserves of Dzhendema, Red Wall, Kormisosh, Old River, the beautiful waterfalls of Suchurum and Raisko Pruskalo, the Topchika Cave and Dry Cave, etc.

The houses are made of natural materials - ceramic bricks, stone, plaster, wood and tiles.
The tinsmith's work is made of copper tin. The windows are made of profiles with interrupted thermostat of the glass packet. The interior doors are of thick MDF with natural oak veneer and facing (Germany or Italy).
The structural system of the facades (including the thermal insulation and plaster in co lour) are products of Kaparol - Germany.
All the interior wall and ceiling coloring will be done with products of Kaparol in a co lour chosen by the client.
All the flooring and wall cladding (ceramic, granite and faience tiles, as well as sanitary and accessories) will be delivered and installed at seller's expense in accordance with the client's choice.
The stationary furnishing is made of natural materials. In the bedrooms the flooring is made of natural oak parquet - 18 mm. In the sitting-room there is a water mantle-piece (imported) connected with the heating installation of the building, local for each of the houses. Solar panels - hot water collectors are installed in each of the house. In the sitting-room and the three bedrooms there is inverter air-conditioning system for heating and cooling.
