Location and Local Attractions:

The town of Bansko ( population 9 34) is situated at 925 m. above the sea level at the northeastern foot of Pirin beneath the highest and the most beautiful Karst part of the mountain. It is 160 km. south of Sofia, 60km southeast of Blagoevgrad, and at 6 km south of Razlog. Bansko is one of the biggest winter resorts in the country.

Located only 200m from the ski lift, this complex is incredibly well located for skiers. This offers complete convenience to apartment owners and renters, so it is no wonder that this complex is the perfect investment.

It is also located close to three hotels, one being a 5 star hotel, which will bring value to your property.

If you fancy a break from skiing, then the historic Bansko town centre is close by. The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin Mountain range is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900m. The slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, novice through to expert; while the ski runs are maintained in excellent condition. The skiing season starts in mid December and ends in mid April. Snow falls are abundant, providing a constant winter snow cover up to 2m thick.

In the Summer Bansko offers excellent hiking, fishing, canoeing, horse riding and many other warm weather mountain pursuits. This is very much an all year round resort that the whole family can enjoy.

- Reservation fee is 1000 (non refundable)
- 70% upon signing a preliminary contract
- 30% upon issuing Act 16
