The village is located in South-East Bulgaria. It is part of Nessebar Municipality, Bourgas District. It is situated 5km from famous sea resort Sunny Beach.
The last few years (around 2004), the village has started expanding quickly due to its proximity of Sunny beach resort. The tourism sector is especially privileged with the intensive construction of holiday villages and villas.
