APARTMENTS 1KM AWAY FROM THE LIFT

The apartment building is situated at the center of the famous ski resort Chepelare, next to the recently built hotel "Rhodopean Home". The hotel has a very modern SPA-center, swimming pool and restaurant. Near by you can find the Municipality administration, banks, hospital, school, kindergarten, private hotel, restaurants and taverns. The chair lift connecting Chepelare with the ski tracks of the peak Mechi Chal are about 200maway. This lift is expected to be replaced by a new one with cabins. The distance between the complex and the working lift is about 1 km.

There will be parking lots and green areas(lawns) with seats on the territory of the complex. The terrain around the building is even, open and sunny with great view to the mountain.
The building consists of two modules - A and B - with separate entrances and elevators.
There will be 9 shops and offices on the first floor of module A. The living space begins from the second floor. The apartments are between 34sq.m and 120sq.m big. The disposition of the apartments between the second and the fifth floor is the same in both modules.
Module B has 37 basements on the ground floor. The apartments start from the first floor and they are between 33sq.m and 66sq.m.

The construction of the building is monolith, made of reinforced concrete. The facade is covered with thermal insulation with external coat type "Baumit" and stone facing on the ground floor. The joinery work is german PVC with the colour of tree.

The town of Chepelare is located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains on the upper course of the Chepelarska River. It lies at 1150 m above sea level. It is the center of the Municipalitiy Chepelare. It is 230 km away from Sofia city - the capital of Bulgaria, 80 km south of Plovdiv and 10 km of the Pamporovo resort. The population of the Municipality is 8530 people living in the town of Chepelare , the resort Pamporovo, and the villages of Bogoutevo, Zabardo, Zorniza, Lilekovo, Malevo, Orehovo, Pavelsko, Ostriza, Progled and Hvoina.

The climate is mild, trans-continental with 4 distinct seasons spring, summer, autumn and winter. Chepelare is the sunniest town in Bulgaria with an estimated 270 days of sun a year. Winter is mild and warm with an average snow cover of 30-80cm remains between 80 and 100 days a year. Spring comes unusually late and summer is refreshing.

Since ancient times the Rhodopes have been a mysterious and enchanting mountain range. It is the home of the mythical singer Orpheus and the clan of guards f the famous Sanctuary of Dionysius. Archeological excavations date habitation from approximately 7th century BC. The remains of many Thracian fortresses reveal rich ancient culture that once flourished in the area. The fortresses guarded an ancient Thracian road running from the town of Abdera, on the Aegean Sea, to Istros, on the Danude River.

A meteorological station measuring temperature, weather conditions and snow temperature is available at the Skiing Center Chepelare, equipped also with video cameras for surveillance of the ski runs.

A slope for cross- country skiing and biathlon with a total length of over 25 km.
Childrens skiing center for training kids and nursery ski-schools.

A double chair ski-lift with a capacity of 700 persons per hour and a length of 2800 m.
Ski-tow lift 1 capacity of 500 persons per hour and 1200 m of length .

Ski-tow lift 3 200 m long.
Ski-tow lift 4 200 m long in Chepelare.

Mechi Chal The first ski track for alpine skiing is 3150m long, 50m wide and has an elevation drop of 720m, the slope is homologous and can be used for international competitions for downhill skiing and snow boarding.
Mechi Chal The second ski track is a tourist slope 5250m long, 25m wide and has an elevation drop of 720m.
