The charming little village is situated in the North- East part of Bulgaria within an easy reach to Albena resort. This charming village lies 15km to the southwest of Balchik and 6-7km to the west of the Albena seaside resort. It spreads over the left bank of the Batova river. The house is located in the beautiful village which is a few kilometers away from the beach. A large part of the Baltata nature reserve (else called Batova Gora) is included within the boundaries of the village�s adjacent lands. The reserve hosts the most northern and best preserved longose (i.e. tropical-type) forest in Bulgaria.

The house is a new construction, finished and is situated in the heart of a environmentally clean area. It has two floors, and a garage.
