HOUSE AT A GREAT PRICE CLOSE TO SEA AND LAKE

An old house in a village located in North-East Bulgaria, which is part of Shabla Municipality, Dobrich District. It is the most northeastern point in Bulgaria and is situated 6km south of the Bulgarian-Romanian border and 82km north from Varna.

A one � storey house built in 1943 and needs renovation. In the yard there are some farm buildings and fruit trees. It is 20min to sea, situated in the centre of the village 200 meters to the actual centre. The house is situated on the main road E 87 going to Romania and is very close to a lake about 800meters which is a preserved area rich of rare plant species. In the lake there is an island with a nice restaurant. It is only 3km to the sea that means around 20min walking. It is 5km to the reserve in Vama Veke and 60km to Kostanca international airport.
