The house is situated in a small village in North-East Bulgaria, whicj is part of Balchik Municipality. The region is located in the easternmost part of the hilly Danubian Plan in Dobrudzha. The region is bordered by Varna, Shumen and Silistra. It is 8km away from municipality center - sea town of Balchik and 52km from the Sea capital Varna.
