The region which is part of Asparuhovo, situated in the south-east part of Varna. As a residential area of Varna, Asparuhovo dates back its existence from the early years of 20th Century. At present there are two hospitals, a couple of banks, two churches, three chapels, two cultural community centres, police station, fire-department and emergency unit, social care office, seven schools, four kindergartens and two day nurseries. Definitely, Asparuhovo is turning into one of the most attractive residential areas of the town considering its natural resources and its closeness to the town centre.

This residential complex will be constructed in the feet of the eponymous part of the region, which is part of the residential area of Asparuhovo. It is the first closed-type complex in that part of the city. It is located at a mere 5-6 km, a couple of minutes drive and only a traffic-light from the centre of Varna. The sea climate and the presence of the pinewood adjacent to the complex have been recognized as a unique combimation in the area.

The construction works started on April 10, 2008.
The completion of the development is expected for Mid-2010.

Payment Schemes:
To reserve a property it is only enough to sign an Agreement for Preliminary Contract and to pay an advance sum of 1000 Euro, after which within 14 days you will be invited to sign the Preliminary Contract for disposal of property and construction.

Option 1
30% at signing the Preliminary Contract for disposal of property and construction
30% when the second slab is reached
30% when reaching ridge level
10% when Act 15 is approved

Option 2 - discount of 2%
60% at signing the Preliminary Contract for disposal of property and construction
30% when reaching ridge level
10% when Act 15 is approved

Option 3 - discount of 4%
90% at signing the Preliminary Contract for disposal of property and construction
10% when Act 15 is approved
