The resort Sunny Beach is perched at 36km north of Bourgas and about 90km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. Its six-kilometers-long beaches reach as far as Nessebur to the south and St.Vlass to the north. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30 -60m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May through September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole spectre of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children.

The apartment on offer is located in a complex which is between Elenite and St. Vlas on the Black Sea Coast. The complex is first line to the sea and was completed in 2007.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and offers beautiful sea and pool views. There is an elevator in the block. The total size of the apartment is 77sq.m (66sq.m floor size plus 11sq.m communal)

The apartment consists of:
