The complex is located in the most famous of all Black Sea coastal resorts - Sunny beach. The apartments benefit from both sea and mountainous climate patterns and scenery, making your stay there an unforgettable one.

The total residential area of the complex in 3400sq.m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one. The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. The hot water supply is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated. The area of the complex is fenced with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.

The complex consists of:

The apartments are equipped with:
