The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. The hot water supply is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated. The area of the complex is fenced with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.

� Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms

The prices include VAT.
The maintenance charge is 6 EUR per sq.m per year.

� 1 000 Euros reservation for 20 days fee (non � refundable)
