OFF PLAN APARTMENTS IN BANSKO

The town of Bansko is a main administrative, cultural and economic centre of the County of Bansko. It is located 161km south of the capital Sofia and 59km South-East from Blagoevgrad with both of which it is well connected in terms of transport utilities: roads, buses, taxis, etc. Famous as the entrance to the great mountain of Pirin, Bansko is one of the fastest growing Bulgarian winter resorts with a growing influence in the summer tourism industry as well. This is the favourite place for a weekend relaxation for people coming from the bigger Bulgarian towns and cities.

The complex is located on a marvelous place in the town of Bansko, not far from the centre of the town (600m) and near the Gondola Ski lift (only 350m). The south-west part of the complex is bordered by the river of Glazne and in the south the complex is surrounded by street and not built up plot, which provides a plenty of open space around and a lovely view towards the mountain. North-eastwards the residential complex is skirted around by a pedestrian walkway, bounded by a two-storey house.

The complex consists of three sections. Each of them has a separate entrance and a lift. The architectural style of the building preserves the architectural traditions of the Bulgarian distinctive style in the town of Bansko and it is combined with the contemporary luxury and comfort of the apartments. In the complex there are 62 apartments which unique location provides a breathtaking and unspoiled view of the magnificent Rila and Pirin Mountain and in the adjoining courtyard a barbeque, an open-air kindergarten and lawns are going to be developed.

Apartment details:
The complex offers big variety of areas from 30sq.m up to 108sq.m and prices - from 1200euros up to 1650euros (do not include VAT). Two payment plans are developed for the convenience of the clients.

The apartments will be finished as follows and most of them have a fireplace.
Corridor: floor-granite tiles; walls and ceilings-ground coating and latex.
Living room: floor- granite tiles; walls and ceilings- ground coating and latex, radiator, fireplace (except studios).
Bedroom: floor-laminated parquet; walls and ceilings- ground coating and latex, radiator.
Kitchenette: floor- granite tiles; walls and ceilings-faience and latex, kitchen cupboards.
Bathroom/WC : floor-terracotta; walls- faience; ceilings- PVC-hunter; bath with shower over with mixing tab, toilet-monoblock, wash basin with mixing tab, heating.
Windows - PVC in Gold oak color.
Water - main and sewerage: completely finished, with water-meters.
Electric wiring, telephone, intercom and electric bell wiring -built by plan, cable TV connection and internet.
Common parts of the building: completely finished.
Entrance and stairs: floor-granite tiles; walls and ceilings- ground coating and latex.
Vertical planning: completely finished.
Heating: local steam-boiler in the complex.
