It is situated in the beautiful mountain resort of Bansko, just 10 minutes by walking to the historical centre of the Bansko and 25 minutes to the Gondola ski lift. - first installment - 30% within 30 days on signing of the preliminary contract

MAINTENANCE
Annual maintenance fee of 10 EURO per sq.m. which includes:
- Sanitary hygienic maintenance of common parts - two times a week
