The housing building is being constructed in a regulated property with area of 6500 sq.m. It is situated in the Trakata Villa zone of Varna, placed on the highway Varna- Golden Sands. It is 7 km far from Varna and 11 km far from the Resort complex Golden sands. The highway separates the Villa zone from the palace Evksinovgrad and the Resort complex St. Konstantin and Elena. The region has well-functioning infrastructure. Excellent transport access and asphalt streets. The surrounding buildings are individual and mainly luxury.

The property is situated on two streets. Its shape is comparatively regular with a slope to east. This gives an amazing view to the Black sea that is only 500m away. On the fourth (terrace-like) floor are situated 2 two-bedroom apartments in each section.
Section C and D have totally 11 apartments each (10 are two- bedroom and 1 is one-bedroom apartment).

The whole semi-underground floor of Section E is occupied by a 50- seat restaurant with the all the necessary exploitation equipment: a kitchen with preparing rooms for meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, disinfection of eggs, dish-washing room, waiters room, refrigerating chambers, stores, personnel lavatories and toilets for customers.

On the first floor we plan a food-shop that except the trading hall will have also three refrigerating chambers, an office and changing-rooms with bath-WC.
On the second floor are planned 3 one-bedroom apartments.
The third and the fourth floor have 1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartments on each.
The total number of the apartments in section E is 7, from which 5 are one- bedroom and 2 are two-bedroom apartments.

The flats consist of a living-room with a dining-room and a kitchenette; one, two or three bedrooms, depending on the size of the flat; a bathroom with toilet, (the bigger flats have another lavatory) and one or two balconies
In constructive way the building is going to be realized monolithically (beams, columns and slabs of reinforced concrete) and brick walls.

The facades are covered with silicate plaster and stone revetment on the plinths and the cornices. The parapets of the balconies are made of solid elements combined with hemstitched metal part. The roof is sloped and tiled.
