This rural property is 33km away from Varna city and International Airport, 11km away from the town of Provadia, 5km away from the highway Varna - Sofia, 40 km from the town of Dobrich.
Provadia is situated in Northeast Bulgaria along a defile which is surrounded with rocks from the east and the west. The climate on the territory of the Provadia is temperately continental. The average annual temperature is 11 .
The terrain consists mostly of plains or hills and plateaus , with an altitude up to 220 m above sea level, which in combination with the water resources (the Provadiiska river and its tributaries), the fertile black earth, grey forest soils and carbonate soils and the suitable climate favours the growing of grain and volatile-oil cultures, perennial plants and orchards.
In the past the slopes of the Provadia Plateau had obviously been covered with age-old forests. Now there grow comparatively young plantations of cerris oak, hornbeam and linden - the result of systematic afforesting campaigns.
This rural house is two storeys, constructed of bricks and stones. Joinery is wooden and flooring is terracotta.
On the first floor there are living room with fireplace, bathroom with toilet as well as dining room and kitchenette.
Second floor consists of two bedrooms with balcony, corridor and outside staircase, which leads to first floor. Total built size is 80 sq.m.
The plot area of the yard is 2000 sq.m.It is very well-maintained and comprises two taps outside, two agricultural outbuilding and garage area of 16sq.m. Electricity, water and septic tank are provided. Possibility for cable TV, Internet access and telephone line. There is an asphalted road near by. There are all communications and amenities needed in the village. There are several shops, hospital, pharmacy, school and cafeterias. A lot of foreigners are living here.
