Elena is a town in the Middle Balkan Range, an old settlement founded in the 15th C. In the 18th-19th centuries it is established as a crafts, trade and educational centre. On the first floor there is entrance hall, one room, traditional dining called mehana with kitchen and fire place as well as bathroom with toilet. An inner staircase leads to the second floor where is situated the entrance hall, tree rooms and bathroom with toilet.
The plot size of the yard is 900 sq.m and one of the sides is facing the asphalt road. The yard comprises barbecue area, a tap as well as building of 55 sq.m with summer kitchen and sun-heater. There is electricity, water, sewerage provided. This place reveals wonderful panoramic view.
