OLD TRADITIONAL HOUSE WITH AMAZING VIEWS OF THE HILLS

Rural traditional Bulgarian house from the beginning of the 20-th century. It is built in the Central Balkans manner with environmentally clean materials.
This two-storey house has total build-up area of 112.5 sq.m. (7.5x7.5). The property has an area of 780 sq.m. and beside the house there is a summer kitchen of 10 sq.m. (4.0x2.5) and a two-storey secondary building of 54sq.m. (6.0x4.5).
The secondary building can be reconstructed into a guest house or a tavern. Behind the house is a penthouse. The water is from a local source and is for free. The pipeline runs about 10m away from the house but can be lay on into it.
