The town of Primorsko is situated in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria on the Black sea coast. It is a resort and youth tourism center. It is 55km south of Burgas and about 450km south-east from Sofia.

The transport to Primorsko is fast and comfortable. Travelling by car along the Black sea coast from Burgas one can have a look at many architectural and natural sights of the country. There is an airport near Primorsko, which is under reconstruction and in the future it will be able to accept charters planes directly from abroad.

In the new quarter there will be a zone for sports and attractions.
Under construction is an aqua park, sport hall and golf field.
What is typical of Primorsko is the unique combination of hilly and low-mountain lay, cut by picturesque river valley and varied costal shapes.
The total area of the beach is about 1sq.km, half of which are natural sights-sand dunes. In the vicinity of the town flows the Ropotamo and Dyavolska River. In it is lower course the Ropotamo river spreads it's waters up to 30-50m wide. The region around the river mouth is the “Ropotamo” park with the rock phenomena “Lion’s head” and “Dragon’s house”. The river is navigable in the course of 6km from it's mouth.

The building is located in the new residential quarter of Primorsko, which envelopes the northern parts of the town and the beach. It faces “PERLA” residence and Strandzha Mountain.
