Old Bulgarian style house is located in a small and charming village 25 kilometers away from Varna and 6 kilometers away from Valchi dol. Because of the beautiful nature in this quiet and environmentally clean area many foreigners prefer to live in the village. So far 10 English families live in this village and there is recently a new built complex for more residents. There is a project for building a hotel in the center of the village. In the village there is a shop, restaurant, church and mosque.

The house is 100sq.m built area over two floors. Ground floor consists of one old style Bulgarian kitchen and on the second floor there are 2 bed rooms and a bathroom.
