COUNTRY HOUSE WITH A HUGE PLOT OF LAND

The property is located in a small village which is in North-East Bulgaria. There is no industrial or other pollution nearby. The village itself is situated 3km from the main road Varna-Dobrich. The place is famous with its annual folklore event "Song and dances from Sunny Dobrudja", in which every year take part about 2000 participants, folklore groups and single performers. 3km east of the village is situated the well-known village of Prilep.

Dobrich is the biggest town in this area. It is the administrative centre of Dobrich Province. Dobrich is the eighth most populated town in Bulgaria, being the centre of the historical region of Southern Dobruja, and is located 30 km west of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast,
