This beautiful complex is located 30km from Bourgas and 421km southeast of the capital Sofia, in one of the oldest Bulgarian coastal towns. Today this charming place is a popular beach resort best known for its casual ambience, 2 sandy beaches, and distinctive 19th-century stone and wood houses, some 45 of which are national cultural monuments.
The town is very popular amongst younger Bulgarians and is a favourite haunt of artists and writers. A stroll along the old town's twisting, narrow cobblestone lanes reveal a host of National Revival-era houses, their stone foundations and overhanging upper stories of weathered wood topped by Mediterranean-style red-tiled roofs. Nowadays however, the town has a busy, thriving modern quarter with many restaurants, cafes and bars which stay open late into the night.

Those magnificent houses are complex of four contiguous buildings and are outlined against the other new constructions with marvellous, strong and charming stand. They are designed and built according to the newest standards. Each house is constructed with high quality materials: granite a lot of wood and stone, perfect insulation and master work. Each house will give an incredible endless view over the sea. Construction of the 4 semi-detached houses is made from 4 contiguous and at the same time separated buildings. Each one has 3 floors. The built up area of the houses varies between 196sq.m and 214sq.m. The total free area is 745sq.m including garden and swimming pool. Maintenance charge – 6 to 8 euro/sq.m annually – negotiable.

1000 Euro - reservation payment /deducted from the purchase price /
50% on signing the preliminary agreement /up to 1 month after the reservation of the house/
40 % after completion of plasterwork and installations
10 % final payment upon property transfer
