EXCEPTIONAL COMPLEX OF HOUSES IN TWO DIFFERENT PHASES

The modern residential complex, including sixteen houses, each with its independent yard of about 500sq.m will be built as a third stage of a project. The developer intends to construct a small shopping center with a café, a supermarket and a restaurant in the vicinity of the houses.

The company offers the villas completely finished. The bathrooms will be tiled with terracotta and sanitary faience. The corridor’s floors will be terracotta covered and the room’s floors - laminated.

Availability of Third Phase
In the third phase out of six houses, four are sold. One house is still for sale and the sixth, currently is a plot of land, where the client can decide what type of house he/she wants to build.

The fourth stage of the project is a residential complex destined for most particular clients who appreciate large living spaces together with well arranged gardens.
It will consist of only five luxurious single family villas with its own garden.

Payment plan:
• 1000 € - reservation fee
• 30%-on signing of the Preliminary contract
• 50%- on putting the roof on
