The charming little village is situated in the North- East part of Bulgaria within an easy reach to Albena resort. This charming village lies 15km to the southwest of Balchik and 6-7km to the west of the Albena seaside resort. It spreads over the left bank of the Batova river. The house is located in the beautiful village which is a few kilometers away from the beach. A large part of the Baltata nature reserve (else called Batova Gora) is included within the boundaries of the village’s adjacent lands. The reserve hosts the most northern and best preserved longose (i.e. tropical-type) forest in Bulgaria.

The house is a new construction, finished and is situated in the heart of a environmentally clean area. It has two floors, and a garage. The first floor has a huge living room, a dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen. There also is a bathroom and a separate W.C. A winded staircase goes to the second floor. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom with WC as well as two balconies. The property has 526sq.m unbuilt area which could convert easily to a BBQ area, children playground or a swimming pool.

In the village there is a High School (which is the main school in the area), small shops, small restaurants, couple of bars, primary school, secondary school and etc.
