EXTRA ORDINARY HOUSE - NEEDS SOME MODERNISATION

The house is situated in a small village in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Balchik Municipality. The region is located in the easternmost part of the hilly Danubian Plan in Dobrudzha. The region is boarded by Varna, Shumen and Silistra. It is 8km away from municipality center - sea town of Balchik and 52km from the Sea capital Varna. Two new golf courses are within 5km, and there are extensive Roman ruins at Cape Kaliakra, as well as an oil and gas field near Shabla. Another advantage is the closer distance just few kilometers from the Palace, very popular tourist sight. The attraction of the place is a wonderful Botanical Garden. Its ten hectares surround the small summer palace of the Romanian Queen Marie. The attractive palace has the unusual addition of a minaret. The gardens are the "residence" of 3000 or so plant species of which cacti alone are over 250, and thus Europe's second most important collection. There are over three thousand varieties of shrubs, roses and flowers, set among streams, waterfalls, and ornamental channels.

This cosy home consists of 120sq.m built area and a plot of 1300sq.m, situated in the center of the beautiful village. The two-storey house consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and an attic. On entering the house there is a porch with two doors. One door leads to the summer kitchen and the other leads to the main entrance hall of the house. There is a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. The gorgeous marble internal staircases lead to the first floor which consists of two spacious bedrooms both of them with balconies and the second bedroom is connected to a small living room. The sunny summer kitchen is facing the garden.

The front part of the plot is with vain trees. On the back you can find farm building for about 30 livestock and different fruit trees. The summer kitchen leads to a storage area which is currently used as a wine cellar. The huge plot allows more building such as barbeque area and swimming pool.

In the village there is a primary school, secondary school, church, cinema and a library.
This area is also very attractive for fish-lovers and for those who love sunbathing and swimming so don't hesitate to buy this property!
