A small complex of 15 houses situated in a tranquil village, which is 45km to Varna, 52km to airport Varna and 9km to the sea. The village is well organized and maintained – it has a school, kindergarten, church, shops and cinema.

It is interesting to walk along and observe the Tatar Quarter with the pebbled streets and the houses made of stone and adobe.

This luxury complex consists of 5 different types of houses from which you can choose. These houses are designed for clients who are willing to live in unique style and be proud of their choice. The houses are unique not only by the exterior design but the interior as well. Comfort and style get together and make you feel comfortable, along with the functionality.

There are 4 houses. All of them with 122.29sqm built up area. They comprise of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen, verandah and balcony on the first floor. The houses are currently under construction. The price is 93000Euros.

Type 3
There is 1 house with living area of 152.97sq.m. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and kitchen, verandah and a balcony. The price is 107800Euros.

Type 4
There are 3 one-storey houses. The built up area is 117.85sq.m. They offer 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and verandah. The price is 90200Euros.

Already sold.

The houses do not have common parts. In front of each house there will be a barbeque area, parking place and beautiful garden.
