HOUSE CLOSE TO THE FAMOUS RESORT OF BALCHIK

Balchik is a small seaside town in Northern Bulgaria which combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white color of its lime rocks. Balchik has a 21-centurey long history and has preserved traces of many cultures. All that can be seen in the Historical museum situated in the town centre.

The nearest larger towns are Varna (40km) and Dobrich (35km). Albena, one of the most beautiful Bulgarian resorts, is only 10km away. There is regular bus transportation. On the north (35km) the furthest eastern point of Bulgaria - cape Kaliakra juts out deep into the sea. The present guide is the first one aiming at helping people that don't know Balchik to learn more about it and be able to easily find the right place to stay, eat and go out. Here you will find useful pieces of advice that will help you find your way if you don't know the town.

In this multifarious area, only 6km away from Balchik, is situated a picturesque village with great potential. Its vicinity to the sea and the town of Balchik, and meanwhile rural location and quiet environment, make it a great prized place to live. In the centre of the village, next to the local church is situated an old traditional Bulgarian house for sale. The house is in good overall state and after some modernization could become a lovely summer villa. It consists of a living room and a kitchenette leading to a dining room and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom and the toilet are set in an outbuilding. Water and electricity are provided as well as telephone line. The adjacent land plot spreads over 2000sq.m and is apparently well maintained. It features trees, fruit garden and flowers. There is also an agricultural building in the backyard, which can be easily converted into a guest house or else according to you choice.
