This extra ordinary complex was designed with the intention to bring both tranquility and to create a substantial income for all the owners of apartment in the building. Given that most people buying an apartment in the resort areas spend only 2 weeks vacation in their own apartment we thought it would be a great idea to bring in some tourists and create some rental income for our clients while the apartments are vacant.

The complex will attract a rental income of 7-10% from the value of the apartment.
• The prices include VAT at tax valuation. For clients who want a full VAT they will have to pay the difference.
• Apartments will be fully finished to key. All included except furniture.
• We will offer furniture packs to all our clients and they will be full use packages created up to the Tour operator standards, meaning the apartments can be rented out also if the clients would like that.
• There will be 9 parking spots available free of charge.
• The maintenance charges for studios are EUR350 per year and for 1 bedroom apartments it is EUR 400 per year.
