The village is located in North-Central Bulgaria (Veliko Turnovo District), which is part of Pavlikeni Municipality.
An old two-storey house near the old capital of Bulgaria with 108 sq.m. built area and 1240 sq.m. plot size. All window frames are changed, and the house is renovated from outside, there is a second septic tank. There is an asphalt road leading to the house. There is cell phone coverage, south exposure and stone fence.

The village is situated 30km north of Veliko Tarnovo and 12km from the town of Pavliekni. There are shops offering fundamental goods, bar, church, bus station, post office and etc. The small dam and the river are suitable for fishing and swimming during the summer. It is also a hunting area provided with different kinds of game. It is a lovely place for walking, picnics and rural tourism. A few kilometers away from the village are located mineral baths famous for its healing virtues. It is located on the trail way Sofia –Varna. There is a mineral spring 10km from the village and the water is known for its healing characteristics.
