The village (Varna District) is located in North-East Bulgaria, which is part of Avren Municipality. This village is just 24km from the sea coast and is located in quiet and ecological area. It is a very well developed village and is close to the valley of Kamchya river. The village is near the national park (forest reserve) "Longoz" and a big oak forest. Near the village is the river of Kamchia. There is a regular bus from and to Varna. The village has a good infrastructure: shops, post office, medic, etc.

The village is 4km. from the village of Yunak, on the bank of Kamchiya river in immediate proximity to Longoza reserve. The terrain is predominantly hilly. The dense forests, which surround the village, are typical for the northern Black sea coast with its rich verdure, great diversity of biological species and inaccessibility.

The house we offer is suitable for tourists-fishing, hunting because it is 300meters to Kamchia river and has a beautiful view to Longoza reserve.
