These two Sunny Houses are situated in South- eastern part of the Republic of Bulgaria. They are in the region of Burgas- Pomorie Municipality. The shallow and flat coastal line, bottom of the sea, with a slight slope and the cold sea currents make it safe for children and inexperienced swimmers.
The two-storey houses are built on 800sq.m land and 100sq.m living area each. One of the house has 300sq.m plot size and the other has 500sq.m plot size.
