The village is located in South-East Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Pomorie (Bourgas District). The village is only 18km west of the biggest Bulgarian Black Sea resort - Sunny Beach, and 25km north of the regional center - the city of Bourgas. The main road Bourgas - Kableshkovo - Dyulinski mountain pass is only about 700meters from it.
The village is situated on the most eastern slopes of the Aytos section of the Balkan Range, on a hilly slope with a northern exposure, and is very close to the Biberna summit above the town of Kableshkovo (from the summit there are view to Pomorie, Bourgas, Chernomorets and Sozopol). The village has a mild climate and a multitude of mineral springs. North-west of the village the Aheloi River flows, on which is built the Aheloi dam - one of the most beautiful and clean dams in the Bourgas region.
