TWO STOREY HOUSE NEAR LAKE AND FOREST

The beautiful village (Varna District) is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is part of Dulgopol Municipality. There is a dam located in the valley of Luda Kamchia River, only 1 km from the village. The dam ranks third in size in Bulgaria with water service of 17300 decameters. Its old name was Georgi Traikov. It has warm waters, and is used for water supply and irrigation.

The dam is rich in fish - bream, perch, rudd, and seat-fish. There are opportunities for fishing. The picturesque bed of the dam and the afforested hills around it attract many tourists and offer great recreation possibilities. Near the dam there are bungalows, and private lodgings offered in the adjacent villages. At the latter, an ethnographical complex was opened in 2006.

A very nice village 65km south of Varna and 30km from the coast. It has Municipal offices, a hospital, school, Church, post office, sports stadium and selection of shops. The village sits in open countryside with extensive veiws to the surrounding hills.

The house is in a village near forest and Tsonevo lake where you can relax and enjoy fishing.
